I bring extensive experience in academic governance, quality assurance, and strategic higher education leadership. My roles span the end-to-end lifecycle of course development, from leading comprehensive reaccreditation efforts to steering the design of new, future-focused programs.

As a Project Lead, I manage rigorous multi-stage governance processes, facilitating coordination across internal committees, external reviewers, and senior academic leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous educational innovation. Beyond course-specific leadership, my active membership on the Academic Board, the Grade Ratification and Assessment Committee (GRAC), and the Teaching & Learning Committee (T&L) allows me to contribute directly to the broader strategic direction, academic integrity, and quality standards of the institution.
